East Pensacola Heights Cyclery is a proven retail service company with over fourteen years of experience. Rob Baker started EPHC in 1988 as a one-man operation.

Our humble beginnings focused on bicycle assembly and repair. In recent years our assembly service has expanded to include products such as gas grills, RTA/KD furniture, toys, and lawn and garden items. These requests now represent more than half of our business.

EPHC is comprised of over 25 talented technicians doing excellent work in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. Although we have not grown as fast and as large as some of our competitors, our size enables us to handle any challenge while still providing the personal touch to our retail partners that comes naturally from our close knit operation.

Although in recent years we have added new products to our assembly and repair catalog, our focus is still service to our partners. Other companies in our industry have chosen to expand and diversify. We at EPHC, however, feel it is in our best interests, and the best interests of our retail partners, to stick with what we do best, the assembly and repair of products.
